Fees are are calculated on an hourly basis, dependent on the seniority of the lawyer and the complexity of the matter. We provide details of the hourly rates applicable to your case before we commence any work on your behalf.
All fees exclude VAT and disbursements such as medical or interpreter fees if appropriate.
Complex cases may attract uplift on the hourly rate but this will be discussed and agreed with you in advance.
Where we represent you in court proceedings we will usually charge a rate within the appropriate Guideline Rates band as published by Her Majesty’s Court Service. We will advise you of this rate prior to issuing any proceedings on your behalf.
